Syafiq Shahul
Syafiq Shahul is a consultative and visionary leader currently serving pro-bono as President Director of 800C, where he is instrumental in mapping the organization’s growth strategy and driving its regional expansion across Asia.
Syafiq serve pro-bono as Non-Executive Chairman driving the business globally and be responsible for translating Client’s business needs into execution strategy to be operational in high-performance setting, overseeing all aspects of a company’s business, and ensuring legal, financial, and cultural accountability.
Syafiq received his Master of Education in Learning Science and Technologies from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Master of Business Administration from University of Roehampton London, rossteduate Diploma in Micher tducation from National Institute of Education (NIE) and Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering (Honors) from Coventry University, Executive Certificate in Finance from Harvard Business School and Executive Certificate in Engineering Leadership from Nanyang Business School. He attended the high-level design thinking executive education at Stanford University, Palo Alto (US).
With dynamic experience in leading organizational development and sustainability efforts, Syafiq plays a pivotal role in bridging academia and industry for 800C.

She is involved in numerous community project in Indonesia.

Kenny Seow brings over 25 years of international expertise in disaster recovery, business continuity, and crisis management, spanning the banking, securities, logistics, and government sectors. His strategic insight and operational leadership have supported the resilience of organizations across Asia Pacific and beyond.
Kenny Seow is a Partner at Riskwest with over 30 years’ international experience in business continuity, crisis management, disaster recovery and organisational resilience. He has worked across banking, government, healthcare, logistics and community services, including as Regional Head of Business Continuity Management for a major global investment bank across 16 countries in Asia Pacific.
Kenny has consulted extensively to corporate and government clients, including advisory work across the Western Australian, New South Wales and Victorian public sectors.
He authored the WA Government’s BCM Guidelines and developed the Business Continuity Institute’s (BCI) Incident Response and Crisis Management training course.
Kenny is an ISO 22301 Lead Auditor, Member of BCI, recipient of the BCI Australasia and Global Continuity and Resilience Consultant of the Year Awards, and a volunteer with the WA State Emergency Service.

Sonia Ong is the Managing Partner – Education Consultant at 800C Consultancy and Executive Director – International Operations at Blue Education, Australia.
With more than 20 years of experience in strategy, risk and governance consulting, Sonia has worked with multinational corporations, publicly listed companies and senior management teams across Asia. Before joining Blue Education, she held senior risk, policy and governance roles with a national airline and served as a Director in risk advisory at a Big Four professional services firm in Western Australia.
At Blue Education, Sonia leads international initiatives, builds cross-border partnerships and develops integrated education, cultural immersion and student-support programmes. Combining strategic insight with extensive regional experience, Sonia connects educational institutions, governments and industry partners to create practical and sustainable international education opportunities.
Sonia holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting and Finance with a minor in Business Law, and a Master of Business Administration specialising in Strategic Planning. She is a Certified Practising Accountant with CPA Australia and a Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
